Sorry to disappoint you but there aren't many live concerts around there...Though..several travel agencies organise 'folk-evenings' for tourists for about $20 per person including dinner and a traditional dancing and singing programme. So if you don't care for listening pure Asian local music, you'll have enough to enjoy:))
